Shipping policy
UK delivery
Free standard UK delivery applies to orders over £30 after discounts, excluding delivery charges. Available delivery services, charges and estimated arrival dates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Same-day dispatch
Our cutoff is 1 pm UK time on our dispatch days, for paid orders with all items in stock. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next dispatch day.
Royal Mail delivery
We dispatch using Royal Mail. Dispatch and delivery are separate: dispatch is handing your parcel over for delivery. Delivery estimates depend on the selected service and carrier collection. Next-day arrival is not guaranteed unless a specifically guaranteed service is offered and selected.
Delivery problems
Check your delivery address before ordering. Contact us promptly if you need to change it; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If your parcel is late, missing or damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
