Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before 1PM (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 1PM will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery Options

  • Royal Mail 24 – 1–2 working days
  • Royal Mail 48 – 2–3 working days
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £30
  • Tracking provided on all orders

after any discounts have been applied.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used whitening strips.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
